For over 10 years, the company has been providing tax return advisory services and other services related to legal work and residence abroad.

Current state and needs

The current website, logo, and overall branding require significant refreshment. Everything was created many years ago, causing the website to fall short of current UX standards. Moreover, the overall impression is not favorable—the website loads slowly due to unnecessary graphics, there are grammatical errors in many texts, and the branding lacks coherence. The logo consists of random graphic elements unrelated to the company’s activities, and it does not print well, being illegible from a distance.

After rebranding and creating a new website, the company aims to take its first steps in international markets and initiate performance marketing activities.

Rebranding – new logo and key visual

By creating a consistent key visual, we achieved the necessary brand recognition. When customers see the Key Visual across different platforms and materials, it creates a sense of familiarity, making the brand more memorable.

Modern website

To expand our email database and fan groups on social media, we have designated a permanent space on the website with the option to subscribe to the newsletter and visit fan pages, ensuring that users always have them within sight.

Content plan and communication strategy

We have meticulously planned marketing activities for the next six months, facilitating the calculation of all necessary materials. Subsequently, we delegated these tasks to agencies and freelancers well in advance. We designed templates for newsletters, social media posts, ads, etc., to maintain a consistent visual identity with the website. With the help of a professional copywriter, we created comprehensive service descriptions, content pages containing company information, a series of messages responsible for the customer journey, and specific social media posts for the first weeks after the launch of the new website.

Performance marketing

We started by configuring advertising accounts on selected search engines and social media platforms. We then created ad texts and graphics to maximally support conversions, utilize available advertising spaces, and maintain visual consistency. Due to the company’s business goals, we decided to allocate the budget in a way that prioritizes brand awareness. To maintain high work hygiene, we also created a structured strategy for creating UTM parameters to better track traffic and conversions. It was designed to allow future campaigns to benefit from it, facilitating the comparison of campaign results over a longer period.
